WordPlayLeague does not collect private Slack messages or unrelated workspace data.

• Sending automated league updates within Slack

Data Retention

WordPlayLeague retains league data and player score history for as long as a league remains active in order to provide standings, statistics, and historical records.

If a league is deleted or a workspace removes the WordPlayLeague app, associated league data may be removed from our systems within a reasonable period of time.

Technical logs may be retained temporarily for security, operational, or troubleshooting purposes.
