By accessing or using WordPlayLeague ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do
not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
WordPlayLeague is a platform that tracks Wordle scores submitted via SMS or Slack, organizes players into leagues, and provides
statistics, leaderboards, and optional AI-generated content such as weekly recaps and player messages.

3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
(b) submit false or misleading score data;
(c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. AI-Generated Content
The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence, including league summaries, player messages, and recaps.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies and is provided for entertainment purposes. WordPlayLeague is not
responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Slack, Twilio, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is also subject
to those platforms' respective terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property
WordPlayLeague and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WordPlayLeague. "Wordle"
is a trademark of The New York Times Company. WordPlayLeague is not affiliated with or endorsed by The New York Times.

9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of
information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WordPlayLeague shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these
Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
